1. Agreement to Terms

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Us

9.2 Termination by You

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 Croatian Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

11.2 Formal Proceedings

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Croanox regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Croanox relating to your use of the Service.
